I dont think its funny killing animals and Id feel pretty bad if I hit anything but sometimes I cant help thinking "how stupid are they" when you get close and someething runs from the side of the road into the middle of the road.

I nearly hit a fox the other night but managed to brake and steer around it... Id say a fox would cause a bit of damage.

Gotta admit guys im not in the slightest amused at this thread, im not into killing animals or laughing about them being hit by a car it causes the owners alot of upset.

Man thats bad i would be devistated if one of my dogs got run over.

on crimewatch a few weeks back there was a guy (on CCTV) who hit a cat in a car and it suvied, he got out ahd a look to see if it was alive then got back in his car and continued to drive over it another 4/5times :| was sickening to watch. and yet the cat still lived in agony he was putdown propely when he was found but if proply would of healed fine after the fist impact

I wasn't out looking for a cat to run over, I was just going home from work. I own cats too and would be upset for a while if they got run over. I did everything i could to not hit that cat, slammed on the anchors and steered out they way but still hit it, wasn't braking the speed limit either. Couldn't check on it coz it legged it off but was probably ok.

I doubt they ran it over for the fun of it, was probably the cats fault for running in front of them.

can't always blame drivers, it may have run out onto the road last second kinda thing giving the driver no time to react, I've only ever ran one cat over and the bloody thing ran from the underneath of a parked car straight into mine -_-
