These procedure is for the back mate. And you dont need to hard the backs more. They are very very hard in their soft adjustment.
If i am not mistaken you wan to know about the front ones. Mine have a white special key and with this you can turn the screw on the top mounts.
Hope it helps
P.s. I run them on an ep70 tho and maybe are different....

no the backs are fine for me as they have a dial that i can turn. it just seems for the front that you have to push it down to get it working otherwise the shock can depress all the way

Isnt it the other way around? Mine are.
Fronts have the dial, rears are compress and twist?

Either way, have a look at the Koni website.
There are instruction diagrams on how they need to be adjusted.

It is the other way round,

Fronts are adjustable at the top of insert with the key, the rears are only adjustable off the car, once on they cannot be adjusted without taking them off.

For the rears I would only suggest having them set soft and no more then medium unless you want to bounce around every single road you drive on lol!

The fronts being much more easily adjustable can be set to your preference, just do some driving with them being set differently and see what suits you best.

Remember the adjustment on the rears is only a rebound adjustment.
So they should be setup to control your spring rebound.
Do not adjust them to be "harder" thinking that it will make you suspension stiffer... it wont!
In fact, making them hard will decrease grip quite a lot.

As for the fronts, thay have both compression and rebound adjustment.
Dont adjust them to be too hard otherwise youll kill the shocks in no time.
