There's no point trying to take short cuts, you'll only make the job more difficult for yourself and increase the chance of damaging something in the process.

Drain and remove the radiator, remove the air intake, disconnect the two coolant lines on the right hand side of the turbo, remove the oil feed banjo bolt from the oil filter housing, unbolt the exhaust from the downpipe, loosen the clips on the oil drain hose, remove the support bracket below the turbo, remove the nuts holding the manifold to the head and then pull the lot off together in one go.

as every 1 else is saying take the rad out, makes a lot more space to get to things, also removing the front bumper makes it even easyer getting to the cat/decat bolts and unbloting the oil feed from the block and gives you much more light. when every taking my turbo off the front bumper comes off first then take the rad out
 
ye ill have to whip it all of then , ill speak to the specialist i know see the way he would go about it to give me some more pointers,
