yes but odnt for get if you had a 300bhp starlet it could be slower as it mite not get enough traction

so dans mite have enough traction tog et off the line and making it quicker ? i do believe the man its a fast car

im not saying it was 100% accurate lol it i set a warning off 115mph on my GPS to bleep and had my mate stopwatch from the time i started to move untill the GPS bleeped.

since running that 1/4mile of 113pm in 13 seconds ive done the following...

Bigger intercooler -This is teh main thing i instantly noticed more torque
ORC clutch and lightweight flywheel.
Tad more boost
trd engine mounts
better and wider tyres
D2 coilovers

im not fussed off what people think it will do really just thought id join the conversation, i know whats its like and that all that matters :)

dan i dont dispute how quick your car is, i know its one rapid fuka!

i would like a nice empty space and have it up against your car, a few pull offs, rolling starts, that sort of thing.....

Ive had it up against soo many high powered cars now and havent lost not one single one....

including:
362BHP Celica GT4 import (have to say the pull off was immense, got 3 car lenghs on me to begin with, few seconds lata im blasting past him)rolling starts wasn't even a point)
290HP ATW fiat coupe 20valve turbo
265BHP MR2 turbo etc..........
197hp ATW nova completely stripped out (track spec) Naturally aspirated
300hp+ Cossie
290HP Pulsar GTIR

This is since the cars been stripped out, all these were on a local air strip with 2 persons in each car, these were all set up races.......... word gets about and they all wana have a go.... lol

only one that stood half a chance was the nova, and still beat him considerably higher up in the gears...... the rest i literally blew them away, pulling very hard from them.. Not bragging at all im just stating, i would really like to see a good competition, as its getting silly...... And if your car beat mine, i would shake your hand and say youve got one hell of a fucking car :)

Reading your sig... i dont get why your on skinny tyres.

Also @ the guy that did 118 in 12 secs. maybe it was down hill a touch. I'd imagine from the mods you prob could do 118 in about 13.

What internals are you on by the way?

he's on standard mate.
And as for Dan above...he has got some wheels on order so im sure hes waiting on them before getting proper tyres matey.

@starbus..... as adam said i ordered aet of new alloys over 4 months ago that are coming with some 205's yokohamas, these 175's are only temp mate........ and goldenVTR is on stock internals to anwser your question...... yes crazy crazy man.... impressive motor.....

@montanJR..... problem about semis i'll go through em too quick... im quite a spirtited driver.... i dont slouch........

yeah stop watch you can easily missguide a second here or there....... its defo not accurate..... he did say "around" 12 secs... like i said i can do 130mph in "around" 18 seconds, not completely accurate....... unfortunatly im spinning till 75mph :( literally.....

i dont doubt dans car doing that in that time, he just needs do it on 1/4mile to shut everyone up! i think everyones cars perform better on the road etc and not where they want them to on the quarter! dan sort that headgasket out for shakespeare! were not expecting great times thinking the turbo needs a rebuild.


and anyway why we comparing a 1.3turbo to a 2.0turbo? its just wrong same goes with these 5e conversions.:p

Ahh right, i'm only running 200 ish soon to be more. But i'm on Semi slicks i drive hard. They wear quickly but stick to 15s and there cheap enough. If you think about it though they spin less so don't wear as quickly. if your spinning your motorway remoulds all the way to 75mph then thats a lot of rubber been ripped off. If you don't spin as much on semi's then it won't rip the rubber off in the same way.

260 on standard internals woow i guess we'l be seeing the "i've got a hole in my block" thread soon :p
