I went for a complete different route with o2's sim only deal. I got my own Nokia N82 phone offline from ebay, fantastic phone by the way. Ordered up my sim only contract.
So this is how it worked out:
Nokia N82, ebay: £200 in 2008 - the phone has payed off now as i've had it a short while and love it!
o2 sim only contract: 800 mins -1600 texts - Unlimited mobile internet
All mine for £20 per month
Basically what i did mate.
Kept my old sony erricson & did a sim only deal for 12 months with Vodaphone. 600 mins, unlimited txts for £15 a month. Thats all i wanna pay really.
Every phone company has the same deals on the i-phone as its Apple that set the contracts out & wont budge on price as they know that the phones are in high demand & people will pay it.
Ive had a iPhone on vodafone pay as you talk since july last year, thats the way to go:rockon::rockon:
I see, im sure i had an email from tesco direct saying £35 a month lol!
Yeah then you have to pay for the phone. Its not free. Plus thats 24months..... :homer:
How when the phone has only been released on Vodaphone from tomorrow?
Or did you just buy an iphone & get it unblocked or something then stick you pay as you talk thing in there..?
Way to go mate.
I swear it said it was free on the 35 a month contract and, it was for 2years though lol.
vodafone bring them out tomorrow:beer: yes mate i had it unlocked and a few tweaks for my pay as you talk Sim card:rockon:
You know that shit!
ah that aint too bad if it is, but i would have another check into the details of it as its apple that decide the price plans..
Nice one dude

Thanks dudes, yes a few peoples eye brows go up when they see the vodafone written at the top left side of the screen:rockon:
Just shows how daft and naive people can be, a little research and away you go
