ive just bought myself a starlet gt and want to get more power any ideas were to start ive already got an air filter and exhaust on i think the boost has been turned up on it too. thanks

exhaust/decat
filter, whats advisable is relocating your filter away from the engine
FPR(fuel pressure regulator)
FCD(eliminates fuel cut)
HKS actuator set at 1BAR,
Aftermarket Mani,
FMIC

pretty mush it "power wise" ... dont disregard chassis mods as well, brakes etc

Set up you should see in the region of 180-190hp

You'll probably need to port the wastegate too with the mods mentioned above.

i wouldnt say "theres no point" as i was running 300HP with Souly suspension.... no uprated brakes/pads nothing... I was even running on 175 tires and no lsd! haha

I had a an awsome time... car felt like a death machine. the buzz was crazy

yeah some springs/dampers with at least some uprated brake pads is advisable..... makes the car feel a whole lot better and safer to drive and deal with the extra power.

A good indication of what can be achieved take a look at this link, together with one of my Manifolds and the list of mods on the list you cant see why you cant reach over 180 bhp.

I would advise however that you dont overlook handling mods as this is crutial. Safetly First IMO I.E: Brakes, Suspension, Handling etc.

sorry man but this bar really isnt necessary mate for most applications... Might as well help him out and advise some essentials

4 point lower arm bar is more of a mod where your tracking it and want the better handling precision out of the car...... I just think thats a different type of mod altogether....

i thought that too but its cheap and by far the most effective mod for that price. but ye not essential

yeah definitely for the money its a great mod.. really supports the chassis and gives a nice feeling to the car all round.....
