i'm sorry if i got it wrong then mate but i woke up this morning to this:

claire charnock recently opened a dispute against this transaction
indicating that the merchandise didn't arrive.

claire charnock has escalated this dispute to a claim, meaning they are
asking PayPal to investigate the case and decide the outcome. As part of
our investigation, we will review any communication you have had with
claire charnock in the Resolution Centre.

im guessin claire is your missus or something.. but year it says the dispute was taking futher as you can see.

And as to how will i be out of pocket when its your money.. its because that money was owed to me by DP developments.. if u get refunded i have got £35 less on the coilovers i sold to him... so £35 down.

well due to bein desperate for my paypal account back i today had to go ahead and issue ben the money!! so i have refunded a guy for something i never sold with my own money... i dis not deserve this at all!

I'm not normally a hating guy i will get on with anyone but ben i hope you burn in hell you selfless prick you know the fight was not with me but with DP developments.

mate if everyboy thought like you it would be ok for me start a forsale thread for somthing i aint even got or have no intention of sending, take payment for it but get the payment sent to my mates paypal, then when the buyer doesnt get the item think its ok to keep the money because payment wasnt sent directly to me :homer:

Its hardly parkiboys fault is it! Your the one who is been wholly unreasonable about this! You and parkiboy should have got together and sorted dp out between you, the whole point of this COMMUNITY is the members help each other out and resolve issues like this amicably etc! Completley unreasonable of you to do that to him to be honest mate.
