Need settings on this boost controller for starlet

I had one of these and chucked it in the bin, solenoid was fucked, and a new one from blitz was like £200 I think.

I have this boost controller but the spec s model, good controller!.. the settings are percentage based... so I cannot give you "the settings".. each car will be different.... ie.... it depends what your actuators set at... trial an error to get the desired boost... let me know if you need help
