Need Some Help Please - Air Intake

I have been trying to fit the standard air intake pipe and I am having a few difficulties refitting it on to the turbo, it just doesnt seem to want to on more than a few mm, any one got any tips?

Did it come off that exact turbo? in other words it isnt a hybrid or anything with a larger inlet?

Get the radiator out for a start, that'll free up some room, apart from that it may be a case of a bit of fairy liquid around the lip and a bit of elbow grease

personal opinion is dont bother and get a relocation kit

They can be an absoluete fucking bastard of a bastarding fucker to refit (technical term).

Use a jubilee clip instead of that dumb Glanza spring clip, lude the surfaces up with silicone spray and then curse the bugger back into position. I'd offer to help but it's a hateful job. Have fun!

hairdryer it, or a bit of heat gun to expand the plastic.

and dont go melting it!
