Yes rwd conversion.
It is a Blacktop BEAMS 3SG(T)E with dual vvt

Rear axle is from BMW, they are cheap
Engine is fitted with some wiseco pistons and eagle rods, compression is around 8,5-1, so good for some boost.
They couldnt find any inlet manifold, so they bought one, and modifyed it.

Think it is a 80mm TB

The Volvo floor panned Starlet, its from your country and its RWD. There is a feature off it in a Jap car mag this month, think it may be Jap Performance but I am not sure.
