I dont know the car but things I cans see so far:
Strange to have a dump valve and also retain the OEM recirculating BOV
I had one of them fuel regulators and it didnt increase the fuelling, typical cheap ebay job, so check the fuel pressure
And when there is a RRFPR and FMIC installed, usually the boost has been increased so I would check to see if that OEM manifold has been ported, if not, either turn the boost down, port the mani, or change for uprated manifold, available from many traders on the site...
But looks like a clean enough wee car!

Don't recognise the car either but I can't help notice a missing foglamp. Might be worth checking behind that bumper for any signs of previous damage just in case. Also is it my eyes or is that strut brace bent? If it is then start asking questions mate..
As already mentioned it looks like someone's been messing about with boost and fuel pressure. Both need educated attention so prepare to have that checked out sooner rather than later.

the glanza seems to be burning oil a bit and looks like the manifold is starting to crack in the centre there seems to be hairline cracks , what sort of questions should i be asking about it , it has a electronic valve controller but i dont have a clue what it is and he said its not working should there be alarm bells ringing that it has the dump valve and the oem parts ? as i said im in the deep end here and i dont know what im looking at but thanks for all your help lads

I honestly think the car needs a GOOD look over. Jay's right, that strut brace does look bent :S and those strut braces are quite a snug fit, so one out of shape would be near impossible to put on, unless it was on the car when it lost its shape, as jay said, being hit.
If you are checking over the car, check for signs of it being painted, and pay close attention to the gaps of the likes of the bonnet to wing.
I dont even understand where the pipe going from the OEM BOV is going to, does the autobahn intercooler not only have outlet for the BOV?
My early opinion, avoid the car
get a GT anyway

the pipe from the oem bov is going no where its just there no block off the hole from the efi pipe. the bov is obviously closed but its still being used as a breather.
