A - There Is Nothing Connected It Is Open Whole
B - THere Again Is Nothing Connected And Is A Small Whole
C - Is Where My Dump Valve Is Connected
D - Is What Is Loose That actual 'Breather' And Is Not Secure, If I Touch It, It Will Come Off...

My Boost Reading Is In 3rd Gear At 5k RPM 0.6ish And Then It Struggles To Go Higher But When It Does It Just Boosted From 0.6 Bar To Around 0.9 Bar About 7k RPM....Any1 Help Now?...

Well we need a pic of your actual car engine mate so we now exactly what is going on.

But the actual Recirclation valve shouldnt effect the boost if it isnt secure on your EFi pipe.......it hasnt on my car and ive removed mine completely due to the fact ive meshed my turbo.

But get a pic up of your engine 2morrow and we will be able to tell you whats what.

boost creep...? make sure all pipes are secure.. if your running a standard ct9 turbo.. full boost is 0.65.. if it jumps too 9 im nearly sure its boost creep..

Right later on I will have a picture of my engine and yes its a standard turbo, overboost?....actuator/spark plug leads? But let me get a pic of my engine up first

Mate i cant see anything wrong with your engine pics to be honest, but like a fellow member said standard boost is around 0.6 bar and it goes to 0.9 cause your geting boost creep

plus does your Hi/Low boost go?

make sure u do something with that.. you definatly dont want anything getting in there and mashing up your blades on the turbo.. you dont need that recirculating valve any more really.. you can take it off, block up the hole and put a small filter on the rocker cover where the pipe goes on

What do you mean by high/low boost go? ive kept it on low and when i was checking reading it was on low boost, im presuming its boost creep as quite a few have sed, and yes i will remove that and block it up and put an air filter on the rocker cover

Take it off of low boost and try it in high boost mate. but keep an eye on your gauge, if once in high boost it trys to boost too much let off the throttle and wack low boost on.

Dump valve is plumbed in fine by the look of things. Are you sure you're not in Lo boost mode? 0.6Bar = 8Psi so it is lower than it should be if its in Hi mode.

So as the revs increase, your boost starts to gradually tail off?? Could just be your turbo being old or maybe a restriction in your intake/exhaust system.

If the stock dump valve is loose (which you are calling the breather in the second pic) this will be causing you to lose air going into the turbo, take it off completely and put a 50p over the hole and glue it down.

As for going upto 0.9 at high revs, thats creep.. but considering your car still has the standard EFI i'd say your wastegate isn't opening fully for whatever reason.

The boost was on low while i had my foot down revs increased up until 5000rpm where it struggled to go further, but once it did suddenly form 6k revs (at 0.6bar atm) went upto 6000ish rpm (boost jumped to 0.9ish) aand struggled again...

might be cracked wastegate as said by corofin...

and CMR if you look closely at what im touching, thats not tthe dup valve, dump valve is connectd jus near my hand by that blue pipe, how do i sort this wastegate issue out? :(

restrict the inlet if its creeping
or
port the wastegate

well you can check the wastegate yourself for cracks.. just take off cat and its there.. you keep sayin on low boost.. what do you mean
