and yes marco, ive been tempted to get a de-cat as its a nice cheap and easy mod but im worried i will get boost creep (like durmz just said)

right your best bet mate is:
1) uprated intercooler (front mount is ideal but an mazda rx7 or ARC top mount in place of the standar one is a: cheaper an b: fine for upto a bar of boost)
2) uprated mani (as standard one is restrictive and needs to be changed to aid other mods, external wastegate mani will stop boost creep later on but is more expensive)
3) decat as the standard cat although restrictive is not as bad as standard mani
4) uprated actuator + fueling mods (eg fuel pressure regulator, fcd, uprated fuel pump maybe bigger injectors)
5) uprated turbo
in that order is best mate then could go down many crazy mod routes nut that should see you to 200bhp-ish
