lol i said this....you need these parts really for better results...rx7 tmic...proper decat....setup.....shoudl cost around£200-£300 buy will be worth it for the extra bhp

that Torque figure is very good, there's something not right about that power figure though. Ben gt's made 125 ish a few weeks ago, and it was completely standard!

from what i hear jam are the only ppl that can map there ecus so i cant see him being able to get it remaped .as golden says that a v v good torque figure

Deffo something funny going on there...

Mine made 179bhp and 152 lbs.ft on a CT9a :confused:

You've not got the figures mixed up have you? (As in 137lbs.ft and 165.7bhp) :D

but torque is nothing without power,should of got martin to check your fuelling though,although id say it maybe the fact that its 15years old and maybe had a hard life?im sure if you was overfuelling alot he would of told you:rolleyes:

I don't abuse the car but i cant speak for the old owner,but he did have it regulary serviced,same as me every5k,was due 200kph ago :(
i know,when iget the fmic and decat and boost 1bar i'm going back to martin to check before remapping.
i know i need power with tourque (yesterday an ITR eat me,was v.quick though:eek:)so i want the 170bhp and hopefully more tourque

seems a rather low i got 134bhp and 165 lb with my rr and mine was standard except for an exhaust and that was with powerstation so a good company. i would get a mapping session on the rr

lol! look at cal giving it all the big man talk like he knows what hes on about.. if you even have a clue what your on about you would realise jam ecus cant be remapped like a normal ecu. only jam themselves can do it. fool

Right was checking my plugs today and noticed that my second plug from the right was up by about an inch so i pushed it back down.
Went for a drive and soon after it seemed like i lost power(not a whole lot but noticable) so I checked them again when i opened the bonnet and it was back up so i now have it held down with a piece of cardboard between the tmic and plug.
Maybe this is why the poor results as it would hiccup a bit sometimes.
Ideas???

funnily enough i checked my plugs today and my plug was also raised lol.....that would definitely cause loss of power if its not properly sparking BUT then again it would missfire if a plug was out...............

used to miss fire just when the turbo spooled up,on and off,really just when it was boosting at 12.5 (the highest mine goes)

I made 132bhp and 152lbft @ 1 bar so think yourself lucky :D I was told the timing needed re adjusting but didn't have a standard figure to work from at the time. Was your figure after being setup on rolling road fueling and timing?
