Going to the nurburgring chasing a lap time sounds like a recipe for disaster to me.

I go nearly every year in different cars.
If its your first time just go out and have a bit of fun but slowly. It doesnt matter how much xbox people have played, it will take you a hell of alot of laps to learn the track.
If you can, blag a passenger lap with a local or someone who knows the place well.
