Oil Change on GT

Has anyone got a tutorial of how to do an oil and filter change on a GT?
I've looked all over the forum and can't seem to find one?

My mechanic usually does them for me (hes away atm), but I wonna have a go at doing it myself.

Also is there any main differences between a Toyota oil filter and a motor factors cheap filter?
