K king_stu Member + Nov 26, 2007 #2 its located below to the left of the turbo if you stand in front of your car. And it can be a pain in the arse to remove. You have to attack it from underneath (drivers side)

Texx Super Moderator Nov 26, 2007 #5 Its quite easy if you've got a oil filter adapter with a 3" extension bar on a ratchet. Takes seconds.

Texx Super Moderator Nov 26, 2007 #8 I must of changed it far too many times then.... Its alot easier on a 2 post lift tho! Its a good idea to put a bag or some plastic over the aircon compressor (if you've got A/C) to direct the oil in one direction.

T Timmy Member + Nov 26, 2007 #9 no it easy with the correct tool. A pain in the ass with a filter wrench. Easier to jab a screw driver thru it.
