what a load of bollox... its like saying "how can a man get to the moon if he has nothing but a car and a piece of string" then everyone works on how he could possibly get there and then the answer is "the year is 2090 and people have set up a colony on the moon and this man was born there so he didnt need to travel there at all to begin with..."

Because the puzzle its self seems somewhat realistic. I.E. You have 3 amenities that real houses need and they have to be delivered to each house in some way. You specify you can't steal your neighbors supply because that's just plain stealing....
BUT, its OK for the source of each amenity to originate in your neighbors house.....its just stupid! :homer:

like I said the council was really generous with planning permission they have a gas refinery as an extension, might make a return profit in a few thousand years
