over boosting

i have put my new hks actuator on and set it to 121mm length wich is supposable sets the turbo to run at 1bar, i hae connected my boost gauge to the bov pipe but wen i boost it says it running at 1.3bar? is this actually over boosting or is it because running the gauge of the bov isnt that acurate? but if i run it off the map sensor wen im not boosting my gauge shakes and goes mad /? what shall i do is 121mm mean it is a 1bar? harry

the lengths on the fittin guide are only an indication mate, each car varies slightly, your gauge is more than likely correct, i would adjust your actuator to suit.

x2, also depends what way round you have the bracket i think? Or maybe i was being special and it only goes on one way.

Adjust actuator ftw!
