over fueling

For the amount of fuel loss you're describing I would suspect you have a sizeable leak somewhere!
Turn the boost down, remove the FCD and report back your findings, my suspicion is the FCD is cocking up the map sensor signal to the point where it's just dumping fuel in because the poor ECU doesn't have a clue what's going on.
If you want to run higher than fuel cut you'll definitely be needing a FPR, at the very least buy a gauge you can plumb into fuel line to check fuel pressure.

hi guys and girls i just thought i would let you know i got a fpr and turned it to 2.5 bar and it seems to have done the trick im gonna ring the rollers ina sec to see if they can get me in tomorrow but the main thing is i got my mot yay
the emissions went down to about 3.2 but the guy said he would let me off as i've been trying so hard to sort it

Glad you got it sorted for now mate. Bet your happy you got your MOT too
