Gee, your setup is like it should. There are to ways to make a catch tank setup. One which vents to the athmospere and one closed system (for those living in country's where a vented system is illegal). Reason to use a catch tank system is that you don't get octane dilution and cool the hot crankcase fumes or completely dismiss them from the intake mani.
With a closed system you put the catch can between the pipe that goes from your rocket cover to your inlet mani. The negative pressure from the inlet mani will suck the fumes from your engine.
When you've got a vented system you connect it like you have it now (all pipes from the rocket cover to the catch can). You want to vent as much as possible to make sure there is no pressure buildup. Standard holes are prob. to small as these are meant to be used with forced suction from the mani. So that's the reason you want to use a bit larger diameter hose/connections or more than 2:
