Plastic On Plastic

Hmm, that's only carbon effect, I'd prefer real carbon like the eBay link I posted. That said, I can see my father being rather pissed at me if I destroy several jigsaw blades cutting a real CF panel. :p

From link "Carbon of this thickness bends very easily in one dimension and can be cut with scissors or a sharp knife."

Its not that hard to cut. Ill be doing something similar soon when i get some spare time.

What about getting it welded Gee quite a few people do plastic welding..

Or try it yourself. Whip out the old cable ties and soldering iron. I did a whole faring on my street bike when I cam off.

Hmm interesting.

Just to clarify, this is to stick the actual boost controller on to plastic, so I want to do this in such a way that it could be removed without damage at a later date in case the controller stopped working and needed replacing etc.

BTW, I just bought some carbon fibre sheets from Ebay and got the guy to machine the holes etc. He does ICE for a living, but is probably moving abroad soon.

Nah. Just gonna glue it down on to some plastic that has been built of the back of the centre console.
