Porting manifold

Hi all, gonna port standard mani, had a quick search but all seems pretty vague, anyone have any pics or roughly how far I can go with it? Don't wanna buff right through the treads of the stud so there is a hole in mani

its all trial and error mate. just have a bash and don't go too mad. just do a bit at a time and you will be fine.
