i found the problem... its the wishbone.. did the same thing on the other side (cos i changed sides) so its definitely the wishbone. well to be exactly the rubbers on the wishbone.
look at the clean one. its fine then look at tteh other one and you can see the rubber is pressed to one side. i couldn't center it and was in a hurry to use the car.
finished job.

PS - u may still need a wheel alignment though, as u have moved/changed the suspension geometry

one side is fine the other no. lol so im not sorted 100% il get another one and change it.
