price / labour clutch and flywheel replacement

how much should I pay to have my flywheel and clutch changed.

Ive got all the bits, apart from gearbox oil., how many hours should it take a garage and whats a rough hourly rate ?

any help appreciated don't wanna get ripped off!

Think the last one I did took about 3-4 hours on the cold floor lol.

With a ramp and all the tools you should half that I'd reckon.

Your looking at 160 job.shouldnt be more than that.

doesnt sound too bad, should have done it all when the engine and box were out .. oh well.
