Prob miss firing bad

my cars missin like bad. it wont accelerate properly, iv done a compression test an 2 + 3 cylinders are low and 1 + 4 are fine. What does this mean rings? iv got a dizzy comin tomorrow to fit. any help lads?? cheers Hutch

not sure me bro did it. think two of them were 175 an another one 75 an another one 120???

right yeah that sounds terminal fella, 75 is waaay too low, would suspect the ringlands are cracked and falling apart

options really are to either source another engine or rebuild the one you've got...

all depends, when mine went i rebuilt it as at least that way you know its a fresh engine

lol 75?!?! must be shot to pieces lol.

if your mate will do the labour free of charge then itll be cheaper like that most probably, unless you can get an engine quite cheapish

what mods are you running fella?

and yes your engine is fucked, does it use oil?

erm you can get engines for about £500 but you dont know exactly what your getting,

i rebuilt my engine myself, with all new parts and done it for £550
