150 psi is a bit low unless its running a big gasket and dished pistons, was the throttle open when that reading was taken?

ya all glanza engines i had tested are around that area, iv tested mates aswell as my own, standard engine but as youd expect they will have wear on them so not going to be factory readings after 15 years

right shes running now only thing i havent got done is the pipes so its still revving 2000rpm on cold start then goes down to 1600. dump valve isnt working but i reckon after reading some thread that i proberly have it on the wrong one. the only other pipe im not to sure of is on the back of the inlet manifold where the thicker pipe on the left there is another little pipe where do i connect this onto??

small pipe next to the big one is the map sensor, its one the bulk head on drivers side, few small bits now and youll be good to go

its on the nipple where the big pipe goes onto. it wasnt on the ep91 engine i got of you but was on mine so i swapped it. ya cant wait to get a good spin out of it:-D any way you could put up a pic of the pipes on top of the inlet mani as i cant find usb for my camera to ask haha chears
