A prequel to the first Alien and directed by the Ridley Scott who directed the first one should be awesome looking forward to it released on my birthday too lol.

I am not sure if it doesnt look any more than a remake of Alien? 1st bit I have seen about it but, I will probably go and see it.

"prequel" as such, its set before the first alien film and in the same universe but it is not a prequel according to ridley scott.

It pretty much is to be fair same company, same planet, same ship from the first film which starts the whole Alien saga and there is going to be an alien element in it all the time lines fit in with the story after. Different type of story but everything ties into each other. I'm flying to Liverpool to see it in the Imax has to be done they'res none here.

It depends what you like, I think The Movie house at Cityside in Belfast is good. Good size theatres, 3D glasses supplied and decent quality, good selection of munchies. They dont charge extra for 3D films either.

Release date for this is 1st June for the UK, not on Imax until 8th June if thats what you want. There is more information than you will ever need about this film here...
