Rear MK1 GT Lamp Info

Just adding this in for reference purposes, feel free to ignore..



One of the funkiest parts of the mk1 EP82 GT. The rear badge lights up a neon green. A great talking point that adds to the 'WTF Factor' of dark country road overtakes.

Apparently discontinued in the UK so secondhand they maintain their value well.

Yup, straight fit dude. You just need to get power to the lamp unit from somewhere for that gorgeous glow..

my mate got a mk1 not so long ago & the rear badge didnt light up, so we took it out, took the old bulbs out & soldered in new green LEDs at either end & now it lights up great. Took half hour & £4. So no excuses for people whos dont light up lol

Id love one, but prefer to have a fully painted boot rather than the plastic strip through the middle... If there was a way of just having the GT badge on its own, id have it
