remove rear door card?

well guys ive a rattle in my rear panel and need to remove the card to fix the problem but dont know how afraid off breaking it just wounding is there a certain way??

They just pop off mate and have a few screws if I remember rightly Just give it a crack!

Remove the inner seal around the rear window and sill trim. Then pull the rear of the panel towards you, the poppers should just pop off. You can then tip it forward and away from the inner panel.
