Best to run it through the car mate; don't want it to short on the car if a stone tears the cable sleeve. Should fit under the door sils and then up through the rear trim; then there is a small bung on the driver side in the boot which you can pass the cable through.
Should be simple; just remember to get a sealed battery box (only thing stopping me doing it at the minute)

Can this be done on a ep91? If so is it the same as the ep82?

Yep i would say there pretty much the same, if you have a friend with a GT take a look at his while you do your's...

As for the battery in boot, i think i would take the seat's out to run power cable under carpet then i would insulate it in somink like sound deadnin stuff to stop in interfering with any think else...
Like running power cable for amp, you keep it away from other wire's for interference...

ive been told not too use beasty wspeaker wire, as it doesn take the ampage aswell an can fuck the starter motor, so im on the look out for some propper car battery stuff.

my cars stripped out completely so the runnin of the wire is fine, how do you go about fixing the "battery box" down, does it need too be welded?

cheers

try and find some welding cable 35mm should be good for 250amps
£3-4 per metre
good electrical wholesaler, welding supplier, or ebay
use proper crimp on or solder on lugs
