how hard too doo is it?

an also whats the bit top left behind the glove box? witht the little vents in (white thing)

That is the vent that the fan sucks air in through. Sponge acts as a little filter. No its not hard to do man, just take your time with
the clips and screws. 1 clip and 2 screws in behind the box...bulkhead side that are a little tricky to get at.

Easy peasy to do mate...
Take the glove box out which is 2 x-head screew's, then the bar its screewed to(you will see once box out) 2 x-head screews to remove that...
Then undo screews holding wire loom to black box, white plug each end an one in middle and remove (sorry no befor pic)..
Then you will see 3 10mm bolts with a x-head in middle, remove them..
Very top there is 1 10mm nut and at bottom there is 2 10mm nuts, remove them..
Then with little giggle the box should come out...
The rest you will work out once its out(plus its to much to explain on hear):haha:

All in all it took about 20mins to do an was nice an easy...

I only popped out to have a look an ended up just doing it...

On page one, whats the sensor in the picture ? two vac pipes and a plug ?

If its the 3rd pic down you are talking about its part of the automatic gas recirculation system. The solenoid gets energised at some time (think its either idle or deceleration) and allows fuel vapours to be sucked through the charcoal cannister and back to the tank for stupid emissions legislation. Never had one of these on a car for more than 1 month before ripping it out.

Just to come back to relocating the battery to the boot, I read here somewhere that a person had they're gt on a scales ( 1 at each wheel ) and gt's are slightly heavier on the back right (drivers side) than the back left (passenger side), so for better weight balance you would be better to mount the battery on the back left side. I have my battery on the back right but am going to swap it over after seeing that information.
Reckon I'm going to pull out those few bits that stulet-GTT pointed out, but still in 2 minds about the charcoal canister as if its going to affect emissions id be aswel just to leave it there because it doesn't bother me that much, but definetly going to remove them 2 sensor yokes bolted to the bulk head to do with the a/c, never liked the look of them lol

Just its on a big loop of pipe and an ugly braket, so i want to shorten the pipe to remove bracket...

can't see the entire length of pipe but to me that looks like the brake servo vacuum line. you wouldn't wana mess with that unless you want to be standing on your brakes each time you need to stop.. :D
plus, you seem to be having a major rust problem (on your strut brace).. :( is it like that on all your other body panels..?

If you look in this pic you can see that i did shorten pipe for break servo, i just had to remember to put non-return valve back in the way it came off, the break's work fine to...
