taking off the caliper have everything off except the handbrake cable and have no idea how to remove it, serious amateur here by the way any help be great!
should be a clip at the bottom of the clevis pin remove than and then pull the clevis pin out. then where the handbrake cable is attached to the bracket on the caliper, you just need to work the sliding clip loose and then slide it out. once out the cable will be free.
It should work exactly as Duncan says there but on a few different occasions I've experienced that pin to be a bit of a bastard.. seems to rust in place and due to the nature of the setup it makes life a bit difficult.
Only solution is WD40/curse/WD40/force/WD04/curse/WD40/force from what I've seen!
