Has anyone got anything from rhdjapan before? I brought an extension harness from them about a month and a half ago and it still hasnt turned up, ive tried emailing them but get no reply at all has anyone got any advice on how to reach them as i dont fancy paying the phonebill to call japan lol

its the time of year mate. i would personally give it a month before worrying. i know its a long time, but everything stops around christmas and new year. not to mention the backlog of stuff anyway.

Log in to your rhd account and check the status should have a tracking no there for you aswell
I've used them many times and still do never had a problem sounds like you've shipped it by sea

Ive looked on my account and no tracking no, and i got it sent by dhl which is gonna be over on a plane and not by sea. Its just annoying having my car eat petrol and im waiting for the part to fit my emb and sort it all out lol just wish they would email me back at least and let me know whats going on

i've ordered a large amount of parts from them few month back, and never had any problems

6 Weeks does seem a long time delivery varies but would say usually 2 or 3 Weeks at most might be because of the busy period

Its looks like im just getting bad luck with this bludy car! Dont get me wrong i love my starlet but when youve spent thousands and still got problems its not a good feeling i hope they email me soon then cos bank card does not like shell garage alot atm lol
