right engine mount wont come off!!

Anyone who can tell me how to dismount it when the engine still in and how much NM it must be turned on to refit?

Fuck i see it on toydiy.com I think i had 1knm every push, my back hurts

now i need a new bolt to...

That is a hell of a relieve. The bolt came off with a air wrench
Now my engine torque demper is in place :rockon:
Highly recommend it to everyone who dont have such a great item.
But the price over here for such an item is expensive, today i where at a jap meet and the where advertising such dempers for civics for 86 euro :freddy:
