Hello!

I want to know what boost will be safe on my engine!

My mods are

Speedvision Uprated Valve Springs
Speedvision 1,2mm headgasket
Ross 74,5mm racing pistons
pauter rods
td04l turbo with internal wastegate
Speedvision td04 mani
speedvision downpipe
all gaskets new
bearing new
330cc injectors
big fmic with 50mm and 60mm piping
greddy profec b2 boostcontroller
custom made 2,5inch stainless steel exhaust with 200cpi cat
2,5inch supersprint middlebox
and two apexi dual titanium bachboxes

Jam ECU
without fuelcut
limiter set at 8200rpm
mapped for hybrid turbo

what i will get is a aem uego widbandlampda

but what boost can i run without being afraid to damage something

Uprated fuel pump as well? with your mods whack it upto 22.8psi and get it mapped and you should be looking at 280ish, get it set up with the wideband will be on the limit for the injectors tho.

What boost/power are you running atm?

What injectors did you run than?
The stock injectors?

My jam is mapped for 330cc injectors?

I didn't have a uprate fuel pump at the moment but i will get one!

the jam cant be remapped.

that's not totally true......i'm sure JAM can remap them:p
.
and next thing E10......GO get your car checked to make sure its running right...OR pay the consequences if it is not.....the jam ecu does wonders, but as a precaution and seeing it was not tuned for your specific set up.....u should get your a/f ratios checked out at least....either rooling road or via wideband

But when i hold it unter stock fuel cut i don't think i can damage anything!

And my AEM Wideband Lampda is on the way but that will take about 3-4weeks!

yes ur correct boss, i forgot to mention i had fuelling checked out to be 100% sure car was ok.. jam ecu's tend to work in a kind of a/f target mimic so its pretty interesting as u can pretty much throw at them what u want & they will keep setting themselves up lol... (so to speak)

If you run under the factory fuel cut level of, 12 psi, then im sure you will be fine.
But get it put on the dyno, thats the easiest way of checking, until you receive your wide band.

Yes i will get it check for sure!

But i will have to move the car!

I won't drive it hard because i have to run the engine in!

I have a near identical set up to you, but I had problems with headgaskets over 1.4 bar. I think the standard headbolts are stretching on me.

I am resigned to running a safe 1.3 bar now.

I had a Blitz access ecu, but it overfuelled on the 330 injectors. Found the standard ones gave better results.

You need to check the AFR.

It is strange because most of this ECU are tuned for 330cc injectors and they overful by to most of all!

I will get it mapped so quick as possible with a emanage ultimate or something else!
But i thought the jam ecu would be good that i can drive until i will get it mapped!
