do they attacth to the turbo ? an you still keep the exhaust? do you have to get a decat?

if you want your car sounding like a tractor on idle then do it, if not then go for an external wastegate setup

my bro ran a night pager one on his first 200sx and jesus it was loud when on boost scared the crap out of me first time i got in car (he didnt tell me about it) def made his loud but was something like 350bhp in it and boosting like a mofo lol not sure if it would be all that loud on ct 9 though. As mentioned above does make car sound like tractor on idle not my cup of tea imo

a front side exit will sound nice on a ct9 mate depending on what you define as 'loud/nice' etc not to everyones taste though. and a night pager basicly replaces the cat/decat and still has exhaust system

What exactly do you want?

that kit does look good but id rather try the cheaper options 1st such as a side exit. an linglz im lookin for a good sound an not to lose performance. you recomended longlife at wallington didn you. i might have to give them a call tomoz will they supply all i need? an cut bumper etc? do i have to buy a decat

Yeah longlife is your friend! or RSR 5ways, bascily its cheapest if you supply a backbox and the decat then they only charge you for materials such as a 90degree bend which isnt alot, or they can do it so the side exit mates up with the decat/cat pipe but costs more! I sold a side exit that basicly had a bend + a flange for bottom of the cat/decat !

I've always bought mine from ebay, if your lucky you can pick one up from 99p - 20£ which will be fine!

Its not true about it sounding like a tractor on idle, this only happens on internal gates when the downpipe/screamer is poorly made and leaks.
Few people on here (starbus for example) will tell you the same, a well made screamer on an internal gate will still sound fairly decent and will not leak.

On a ct9 though, the sound on an internal gate on boost isnt..well.. that nice to be honest, external gate though hell yes :D

Indeed captain aircon will need to be removed to have a front side exit as it fouls the pump! inless you make some crazy bends which defys the point of having a front side exit i guess! and a night pager shouldnt leak on idle if its sealed properly but then as said it don't sound as nice and externally gated screamer!

Size and length of the box isnt too major obviously smaller will work out better/easier to fit! =]
