I have an imported, quadlight, with a double din cassette/tv/navi, and a TRD intake manifold on it. It also has the factory recaro's also. I was told it was a 1993 when I bought it but cannot find and extra info on it. Was there a TRD version or a special edition that had this radio?

The inlet mani is standard with a TRD plate stuck on it although the double DIN stereo looks like an optional extra from Toyota.

I agree with the inlet mani, it looks stock. I wonder was the head unit from another model and fitted to the car? A look at the wiring at the back of it would let you know for sure.

Seeing it as an optional extra in a Glanza brochure here so looks like an original optional extra (can't see it in the GT brochures though). It's a GPS satnav unit (model number looks like KNT-5175 or MNT-5175 if it's got a minidisc slot). A snip at 311,000 yen in 1996, dropping to 268,200 in 1999.

Hello. That was my car :)

I bought it back in 2009 in FL from a jamaican guy who claimed he imported it. It was in POOR condition. I did fix all the electrics and the a/c, serviced the whole car, changed engine mounts, repainted the whole car, got the interior refurbished and added a few tasteful mods like that navi-radio and oem Toyota leather steering wheel (both came out of a JDM Mr2), quad light set conversion, oem window visor/deflectors, oem facelifted tail lights and center garnish, rear and side replica stickers, a japanese license plate on the front, hids, oem yellow fogs and many, many... other things. I made it into a nice looking, JDM hot hatch again. I had a big project in mind for this little car, but ended up moving overseas.
