Cheers Jonny,

I have all the measurements for the replica bride so will see how they compare to the real deal

How much is a real bride rail worth if i put it on ebay?
depends what car its for, prices vary depending on the model.

Right is starting to annoy me now, what i thought was the rail i needed, turnt out not to fit again

So this is the rail Pete/streetech delivered to me tonight

And this is the one from the seat..

And the 2 together, you can see the original has the fixing on the sliders, where as the starlet ones are different

DSCF0919.jpg

Meaning the sidemounts already on wont fit the new seat rail

any other help :D

i would run 2 bars across the one on the right to bolt your seat to.

was actually thinking that mate, get a garage to weld 2 bars then drill holes to fit to the side mounts, unless i can get one i need, dont really want to ruin a bride rail lol

Yeah maybe will sell the one i just bought so not to ruin it.

And the recaro rail i have obviously has the fitting for starlet, so butcher the runners from the supra bride rail to fit the recaro???

tbh mate, that supra rail looks mighty easy to move about to fit a starlet, the rails look very similar except the ends where the bol holes are to mount to the car!

May look like it in the pic mate, but tbh they are quite different.

Is there a way to swap the sliders round? i had a look but cant seem to see how to get them off, and the supra rail is abit wider so may not even work anyway...

and another idea was to drill some hole in the slider to fit the sidemounts to?

wel yeah if the side mount lay on top of the slider then as long as you can get to the holes underneath the rail to put the bolts in then drill them, should be fine
