Hi,

just to note that my customer services team are looking into this today. I have not been in the office since Thursday so I need to check what has happened before I can

1) go back to the customer
2) feedback onto this forum

This has been fully resolved and from what I understand there are no charges to be made. I am restricted as to what I can say on a public forum but the OP is more than welcome to updater the thread on this.

as said above problem fully resolved and no charges to be paid and just have to resume normal payments as usual

ollie i have a question 4 ya...ive been insured on my glanza for 6months with u no problems. then i went to swap over to an astra 1.6 club. but 2night after goin to see the car ive noticed the dodgy paint job (panels have been replaced...shit job at that) didnt notice until when i was gna go get it. so obviously now i cudnt buy that. i found a nice astra 1.6 sxi. real nice motor. wna do another swap. is there gna be any kind of extra fees. it was only this morning i swapped the insurance over?

but im sure that this 1.6 sxi is the car for me. a cover note has already been sent out to me on the damaged car..so cud i just ring up cancel that (swap it over to the 1.6 sxi)...then throw away the cover note on the club (damaged car). and wait for the stuff to come through for the car i want.

is that ok?

my girlfirend was charged double what she was supposed to have been charged and now owes a bank fine coz there was not enough to cover a double payment, twats

I have just been on the phone as they have fucked up my insurance again let alone did they fuck it up the first time but i had to pay a deposite again for the second time to re-insure myself, and now they have stopped my insurance and have tried to charge me double which i was unaware of...............and no documents were sent in regards to the DD.....i have been stamping my feet and refusing to accept that my insurance has been stopped and ...and i have a £446 charge......wtf....plus my bank charges and now no insurance....so we shall see how much arse i can kick..

Hi Lidders,

the situation above is competely resolved, I was hoping shak-gt would update the post because as ever I am restricted as to what I can say.

If you are forming your decision on whether to insure with Sky based on what is written above, please do bare in mind that insurance companies will always attract negative eedback due to the nature of the business.. nobody like insurance companies at the end of the day! We have many, many happy customers from this car club and I am here to help any members who have any problems/queries.

I will update what has happened here. The manager did call me back and sky is paying the £446 as i am not ment to. He was spot on with helping me but If they were on the ball none of this would have happened, not once but twice. I am thankfull for the help but would not advise to be insured witht them.
