Anyone just wake up and just decide to stop?
I been smoking past 4 years, a good 20 a day easily (I'm 22 in March)
Woke up this morning and just decided to stop, not had a smoke since half 9 last night and still going strong now. Any tips to make it easier? Don't want to buy no patches or anything, just pure willpower.
I heard the first 3/4 days are the worse? But once you're over that should be plain sailing I guess?
