as i said, i believe, if it wasnt you, it would have been deleted, or the thread would have been locked, the guy is banned, so why is the thread still open for him to get abuse?

because you are involved, people have said they have got refunds, spoonz has claimed to have refunded all that is involved.

you still havent said wether you have been refunded or not.

the guy clearly states in his forsale stuff, claims will be dealt with via post office, and not his pocket, and that seems to have been happening, even in the two threads you posted up in your defence, both wer settled with him refunding people through the post office. so i dont see what the fuss is, ok, yeh, people havent got parts, and theyve sent £££, and thats cos the guy sends stuff cheaply. but all involved have been refunded.

Are you owed anything or does this thread have anything to do with you? If the answer is no then why are you posting in it?

i dont trust that guys word, since he sold me an item described to be good condition, and claiming it was fitted to his car, then when i asked about certain parts not being as described, said he never fitted it, so never noticed the damage, he then offered a partial refund, then decided he wouldnt refund me at all.

i posted in this thread, because, as i said, i believe it turned one sided, because a member of the admin had been done aswell.

i wondered why the thread is still open if the guy is banned, and obviously cannot defend himself in the thread, so its going to get more one sided, does he trade somewhere else under the same username? and maybe this is to alert people on this site, to the name "spoonz" otherwise, i was asking why is the thread still open?

i hope that aint took the wrong way, im only wondering why its still open, if "all" people have been refunded

this thread dose have something to do with me cause spoonz is my friend and i helped out to refund everyone. Now the spoonz killer person orginal post said about head lights yet the person who brought the head lights had in fact collected them he was also told to email the admin about his ban which he did with no reply so why is this? And the person with the boost gauge why are you only just posting now and not messageing spoonz within like a week of not recieving it or are you jumping on the band wagon?

it is left open in order to give others who may have been ripped off the opportunity to speak up. It is also left open for those who may have been refunded to update the thread.

As for you believing it is one sided, it doesnt appear to have anything to do with you as you are not involved and so I fail to see how you can make it more balanced with your input if you have no direct connection with the situation.

I suggest allowing the involved parties post updates if they have any and if you have any direct information on this case and want to post it feel free to do so.

As for that Spoonz Killer he was actually looking for Spoonz address as they booth live in south wales so I dont see how hes jumping on the band wagon?

How is it one sided the fact of the matter is there was a car being broke people payed money, were left waiting for months with nothing, excuse after excuse, pm's ignored yet he was still able to come online and post a thread looking for a hybrid. Yes people got THEIR money back months later as everything he 'sent' got lost in the post. Did anyone actually receive anything from that car he was breaking?

The thread is left open for people involved to post on the matter and as you can see someone posted today looking for a refund/parts.

in my opinion, once everyone who was awaiting parts was refunded he could probably be unbanned, but he will never be selling anything on this site again.

ok i have been unbanned i was goin to have a big rant but there is just no point wat soever i have sorted everyone with refunds and the rest all recieved there parts but i am unclear on the boost gauge matter???
and also unclear on the spoonz killer with the headlights???
