Jay Admin Nov 24, 2009 #5 The quadlamp one has that elongated part on it but the squarelamp doesn't. So yes they are different althought the actual holder will still fit the lamp socket. Not sure if there are clearance issues but that might explain the difference. Jay

Jay Admin Nov 25, 2009 #7 Yeah that sounds right mate. Use the long quadlamp version with the quadlamps and the shorter bulbholder with the squarelamps. As far as I remember the plug on the loom for the sidelight is the same in both models.
