hi guys

iv had my std LSD fitted now for about 2 months now and ive noticed if i take sharp turns at low speeds , the car sort of jerks once or twice... and i can feel it very significantly on the steering wheel... is this normal... i recently did a complete wheel allignment and this problem reduced alot but it still happens ... is this normal???

LSD's (Of the transmission variety :p) work by directing power away from a wheel that is spinning and sending it to the wheel with the most grip. Most LSD's have a slight delay doing this and have a noticable switch over. If you're taking sharp turns at low speed, I would imagine the inside wheel slows down significantly, making the LSD 'think' one wheel is slipping. The clunk you feel is probably the LSD switching the drive over to the other wheel.

That's how I understand it anyway. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
