Strange Heater Noise?

There is a strange juddering noise tht comes from my heater as i drive on the motorway it doesnt happen straight away just after bout 20mins of driving nd its only happens when its blowing just under the top speed like 3-4 mark if i turn it down it goes away if i turn it right up as fast as it blows it goes away does ny 1 have a clue wat this could b?

yea like sumthing is hitting against sumthing lol :confused: its a kind of rattle noise its strange how turning the speed up makes it go away nd also putting it right down also does :confused: dont think its tht serious to b honest just curious to what it is :p

its a bit like an imbalance in a road wheel, you can get no wheel wobble at 40 but 50mph you might then at 60 it may have gone again. I wouldnt worry unless its really bugging you i took my heater box out whilst my dash was out not an overly nice job to attempt

hi, I get the same thing in my Glanza, and only happens when on full blast occasionally. I just turn it down a bit and it goes away.

Yup, mine does this too.
Looks like Toyota didnt use long-lasting bearings in the fan motor :(

ahhh and theres me thinking it was a problem with mine lol when clearly most do it haha yeah mine is intermitant does it occasionally on full blast and then when you turn it down it stops.

Yup mine's the same, I normally only use it on auto, then had on full to clear the window the other day and it started making the noise really loud on a long straight, I thought the car was fubbared again!
