Oh you can sleep more than well lol, you'll absolutly destroy him. I had a near identical situation my mate has the same car as your mates however he has all sorts of gadjets in there to alter the vtec point and fueling. I'm running 1.1 bar and I reckon I coulda give him a 1/8mile head start!

no way a standard starlet will keep up with ek4(if its an sir not vti)standard starlets and glanzas are shockin slow.
As for you takin him with a TD04,he has no chance :drive:

ive had 3 starlets from japan all standerd they 1 was slower than the other but all in all i think a standerd starlet has a great chance with an sir:drive:

assuming you are running how most of starlets on td04l@1bar are, you could afford a crap start and still win by a couple of lenghts
ive never raced long enough to count lenghts against b16 civics, top of second gear and race is over for me, didnt even need to break the speed limit
you should have lightly tuned(breathing mods/map adjustment) b18 civics aswell
