TEIN coilover problem?

Ok time for an update...

Found the dampening adjustment for the Silkroads were on the bottom of the front coilovers, they were set to full hard! set them to full soft and it made quite a considerable difference. Rears were also set to full soft.

went for 4 wheel laser alignment on tuesday

The alignment was miles out! What a difference it has made getting it sorted! The car no longer veers to one side (or wheel spins as much) when accelerating hard, holds the corners nicely and no more shakes at high speed. John at Pro-Grip is spot on!

Fitted 2 toyo t1r proxes to the front today and noticed that the drivers side wheel is slightly buckled which is a shame, will be replacing the lot at some point.

They were fairly off, no wonder you were nervous lol.

Good to hear you're making some headway into the handling mate.

Hey Patches..your glanza is the one from DCY?...they had that one for ages & they painted the wheels from silver to white for some reason.
I just seen your underside..wow, ground out city!!..i'll advise a new sump too while your there.
Mine looks lower than yours at the front & there's no damage underneath 'suprisingly'..BUT mines only been in the UK for 20mths & 13 of those it was sat in someones garden!?...I FOUND a reciept for a new sump pan & i recon it got damaged like yours.
Mine is lowered on standard shocks & i'm going to replace them for standard road springs, mine are sat on the internal bumpstops & that ain't good.
