Terraclean anyone used it on their ep?

I just stumbled upon this Terraclean service... And was wondering if anyone here has used or heard any stories about how good or bad the service is?

It says that is improves emissions and response while also improving fuel efficiency, i did read somewhere that people reported not a great increase in fuel efficiency but i would look at it as a bit of a spring clean for the engine personally...

Edd China seems to think its the job anyway...

I might be interested it getting the GT done seeing as she is only 1 year away from her 20th birthday

Probably wouldn't do any harm but it's debatable on what immediate advantages you would see Mack. I think these fellas were in with the boys at work telling us it would help with EGR carbon deposits (ultra common VAG TDI issue) but as yet we haven't gone down that route with anything.

Mixed feelings.
Ed china normally gives good advice.
Although as jay says about carbon deposits the Audi a3 springs to mind as having a really bad reputation for this so it would be good to have a cure.
But as said is it worth the money for it.

Fuel economy can be a bit mysterious at times as it depends on the car, the fuel, the foot and many other things.
