Yes it is. Why wouldn't it be? Any car that is made in limited numbers is a limited edition, even if they made 2500 (Of which 2250 made it to the road, Shitroen kept the rest to rally). The Mini 30 was a limited edition and Austin only made 2000 of them. ;)

Proof too, should you be sceptical...

Also owned an MR2 MK1 when the starlet was off the road due to upgrades and just now I share my time between the Starlet and a Pajero 4x4.
