lads have the timing set up right just a tought can the dizzy cap be out a tooth if i cant get my timing 10 degress ?any input would be great
Clean the pulley with brake clean, and take a white paint marker and dab it on the notch in the pulley. This is a sure way to make sure you're seeing the real TDC. Try that out and let us know how it goes.
Also, are you jumping the Te and Te1 ports on the diagnostic module when checking your timing?
And you are loosening the 12mm bolts and adjusting the dizzy while viewing the crank?

I apologize for asking such Mickey Mouse questions, just trying to get you sorted as I know the frustrations of these minor issues.
You've said all cam and crank markings are lining up as well, even after 4 revolutions of the motor.
Where exactly is the timing mark sitting?
